What does the first conversation cover?
Your goals, the broad scope, project location, budget priorities and timing. These give Zach a starting point for discussing fit and the questions that need attention before the project moves forward.
What can I learn about cost?
Size, the existing building, site conditions and design choices all shape cost. Haven brings budget planning into design so those decisions can be considered together. A reliable construction price depends on a defined scope and enough information about the property.
What needs a closer look?
A conversation or photograph cannot settle every property question. Existing conditions, utilities, structural work and permit requirements may need a site review, design work or further investigation before feasibility and scope can be confirmed.
