The Spruce ADU is a detached accessory dwelling structure that features a large wrap-around screen porch and a generous living space with a brick fireplace. The project was designed for a multi-generational household to accommodate aging in place. The home includes two bedrooms, one full bath, and an open kitchen/dining/living room area.
