This Privacy Policy describes how Haven Design|Build (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in North Carolina, collects, uses, and discloses information from and about you when you visit and use our website located at https://www.havendesignbuild.org/ (the “Site”).

Information We Collect

We may collect several types of information from and about users of our Site, including:

• Personal Information: Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline. This is typically collected when you voluntarily provide it, such as when filling out contact forms or signing up for newsletters.
• Non-Personal Information: Information that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and details about your website usage (e.g., pages visited, time spent on the site). This is collected automatically as you navigate through the Site.
• Tracking Technologies (Cookies):  We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Site and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

“Do Not Track” Disclosure (North Carolina)

Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signal. Currently, there is no industry standard for DNT signals; therefore, the Company does not respond to DNT signals at this time.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site.

Links to Other Websites

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third‑party websites linked on our Site.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Haven Google Ads API Local Tool

This section covers Haven Google Ads API Local Tool, a separate private desktop application operated by an authorized marketing service provider for authorized marketing reporting, measurement troubleshooting and account administration, including work for Haven Design|Build. It is not a public sign-up service or a Google product.

Information and permissions. With the authorizing Google user’s permission, the application accesses Google Ads account and campaign settings, search terms, performance, conversion information and import diagnostics; Google Analytics property settings, website-event and acquisition reports; Google Tag Manager containers, versions, tags, triggers, variables and configuration; and Google Search Console site information and search-performance reports.

Scheduled measurement checks are read-only. Separate tools support expressly approved Google Ads and Analytics changes and Tag Manager editing and publication. Google’s authorization screen identifies the requested permissions. OAuth credentials are stored so authorized tools can reconnect. The application does not collect Google passwords.

Storage, use and sharing. Credentials, reports, configuration backups, diagnostics and change logs are stored in the operator’s local Windows environment. Active Google OAuth credentials and credential recovery copies are encrypted at rest using user-scoped Windows DPAPI and decrypted only in memory by authorized tools. Reports and other project files are not uniformly encrypted by the application. Google API requests use HTTPS.

Information supports the reporting and administration described above. Selected results, configuration and reports may be shared with OpenAI Codex for analysis and troubleshooting and with the authorized client team. Provider settings and terms govern provider processing. Some reports compare Google information with HubSpot information accessed through a separate connection.

Retention and access removal. There is no fixed application-wide automatic deletion period. Saved files remain until removed by an authorized operator. You can remove this application’s Google access through Google Account connections. Removing access does not automatically delete saved reports or backups and can interrupt multiple tools using the same application.

For access questions or a scoped deletion request, please use the Contact Information section below. Deletion requires separate manual review and does not delete source records or copies already shared with recipients. Do not email credentials.

This application is separate from Haven’s website forms, cookie-consent controls and native advertising integrations. Google authorization does not grant or override a visitor’s advertising consent.
