In the Concept Phase

The YMCA of the Triangle commissioned Haven Design|Build to create a development proposal for a mixed-use development in Raleigh that will support mixed-income housing using a community-baed design. Two project goals include incorporating commercial space to accommodate tenants that align with the vision of YMCA’s Purpose Built Community and creating quality housing that includes a mix of market rate and workforce housing rentals to support the YMCA of the Triangle’s larger vision of providing housing that accommodates a range of incomes within their Purpose Built Community.

Haven’s proposed program for the site includes 67 residential units distributed across floor floors above 22,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
