Maple Creek Apartments
The Maple Creek Apartments (formerly Ross Road Apartments) in Durham, North Carolina are naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH) which has been restored by Reinvestment Partners, a local non-profit affordable housing developer and service provider. This project utilizes the Supportive Housing Development Program (SHDP) funds through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) as well as local and state affordable housing funds. Haven provided architecture services and is the general contractor on the second phase of construction. This project is restoring 44 units of critical affordable housing units in an under-served area in the City of Durham which is increasing the longevity of the buildings and infrastructure. The Maple Creek Apartments have received all new updated systems and energy improvements while providing important amenities and high-quality units for qualified existing and new tenants.
