This 10-unit townhome community brings thoughtful design to a compact site, centered around a courtyard that encourages connection, relaxation, and play. A shared parking area is provided to prioritize pedestrian walkability and interaction within the site. Each home is carefully positioned to engage with the central courtyard while offering private rear views of the nearby pond or wooded landscapes—celebrating both community and nature.

At the client’s request to explore tiny home concepts, Haven translated that query into a compact, vertically organized townhome unit. With each upper floor offering a dedicated bedroom and bathroom, the design supports a flexible rent-by-room model within an efficient, thoughtful layout.
