The Hopewell ADU in Durham was completed in 2022. This modular unit was factory built and delivered to the backyard of an existing home. The efficient floorplan includes a kitchenette, open living and sleeping area, and a full bathroom. The exterior features fiber cement and cedar shiplap siding, and a durable metal roof.
